411 helps independent tradespeople request payment from their own customers. Those invoice payments are owed to the business named on the invoice, not payment for a Kaced Digital subscription.

Requests to cancel work, dispute an invoice or obtain a refund must be directed to the tradesperson or business shown on that invoice. Kaced Digital cannot determine whether their goods or services were satisfactory.

For a payment made directly to Kaced Digital Ltd, or if you are unsure who received a payment, email info@kaced-digital.co.uk with non-sensitive transaction details. Do not email full card information.
